How do I send the Online Forms?
How do I connect a tablet device?
Can the consent forms be sent out automatically?
- The consent forms cannot be sent out automatically, as in most states the consent needs to be completed in the presence of the doctor.
Will the completed forms writeback to my practice management system?
- Yes! You can also select where the completed information will go back to in the settings. Along with this, we can also add the medical alerts to your patient based off the completed form. To do so make sure the medications, diseases, and allergies are all mapped under the Forms Lists.
Can I change the questions and information in one of the Online forms?
- While you can fully edit the consent forms, currently for the other forms most changes need to be completed by the team at Practice by Numbers. If you are looking to make a change, or even create a new online form, please feel free to contact our support to do so.
