Patient Forms - Register a Tablet
How to add a new tablet connection for the Online Forms Kiosk in PbN
Grow package is required for this feature.
You can use just about any tablet to serve as a kiosk for patient forms, as long as it has a connection to the internet.
To connect a new device, start by accessing the PbN website and select the Forms page at the top. From there, select the Tablets option on the left and click Add a new tablet.
Then you will need to name the device. The name has to be unique across all accounts, or it will not allow you to continue. Generally something along the lines of "{Practice Name} Tablet One" will work. (Please note that the name will be visible to patients using the tablet)
After you have inputted a valid name, the window will update and provide a PIN number for you to input on the device. From the tablet, go to https://app.practicenumbers.com/forms and input the code to pair the device.
Then you should be all set! To access the forms from there, you just need to go to that same URL and now there will be a check in menu for the patient.
On the Tablets page in PbN you will see each of your connected devices, and from there you can view the connection status, edit the name, or remove an existing device.
