Why can't I see all Providers?

What to do if you have a hygienist missing in your list of available providers on Huddle page, reports, etc.

If a new provider is not displayed, they have yet to be marked Active and selected as a Provider after being added to the Employees page. (Click here to see how to add an employee/provider.) 

Always ensure all checkboxes on the Employees page are unselected for former employees/providers. Their production and past data will still be visible in earlier reports.  

A new provider's hours must also be assigned on the Settings - Office and Provider Hours page.
