How patients can upload images through the online forms

When patients are completing the online forms on the Kiosk, they have the option to upload a photo or document. The options can be found at the bottom of the page, and when selected it will open up the devices camera.

Once a picture is taken, it will allow you to preview the image to either retake or submit. If submitted it will upload to Practice by Numbers, and automatically writeback to your practice management system. 

To view the image in PbN, navigate to Forms at the top, and then find the Patient Media option on the left. With that menu open you will see recently submitted images, but you can alter the date range at the top.
