Patient Information Window
Information available in the Patient Overview
When a patient's name is selected in Practice by Numbers or found through the search function, it will pull up the Patient Overview Window on the right.
This window has a lot of information and functionality available for each patient. From here, you can create and assign tasks for the patient, add notes to their file, add tags for messaging customization, and much more.
Towards the top of the window, you can utilize a few important functions. If you want to view the patient's phone number(s), you can click on the Phone Symbol, which will also give you the option to text that patient. To its right is the patient refresh button. When selected, it will instantly refresh that patient's treatment plans and demographics. Lastly, you can create and assign a new task for that patient or add a note to their file.
Below that, you will find the overview and other tabs of information. Here's a brief description of what you can find under each:
Overview - Family Members, Tasks, Tags, and general info regarding their due dates and upcoming visits.
Account - Service and Appointment History
Treatment - Treatment Plans
Communication - Message history that can be filtered by message type or tags
Details - Insurance Information and communication preferences
Insurance - Insurance verification tool and status
Forms - Pending forms, completed forms, and uploaded documents
