How to create and utilize forms packages

Through Practice by Numbers you can group together patient forms and consents into packages to send or assign to a patient all at once. To do so, find the Forms tab at the top, and then Packages on the left. By default the new patient package will be available for you. 

You can edit the new patient package, or create your own. When you open the customization menu, you can name the package, set a description, then select which forms/consents you want attached to it. 

With the package created, you will be able to send the group of forms/consents to a patient without having to manually select each of them. When you are sending forms you can find the option to select the package you created. First, select +Form or +Consent to select the forms, then choose the Forms Packages option at the top of the new window. Click Add to continue, and then select how you would like to send the information.
