Recall Follow-up Campaign

How to customize and setup the recall campaign.

First, to open up the settings, find the Menu icon at the top right of the website, and select Campaigns in the drop down. From there select Recall Campaign.

The first option under settings is Audience, where you can add additional filters for the recipients for these messages. It will already be set to active patients who are unscheduled for recall. 

Below that you will see the timeline of when we will contact the patient based off their due date. Each step can be customized, and will be a text, email, task, or a combination thereof. You can click on each step to edit them, or add additional steps using the + symbols.

The Owner, Closure, and Expiration panel allows you to select who will receive the Recall tasks, and set the rules for when the task will automatically be closed.

When you are finished making changes, make sure to hit save at the bottom of the page.
