Practice by Numbers and older Treatment Plans.
How to manage TX Plans presented in the past.
Here's a good tip to help get good statistics for your treatment plan acceptance rate. A patient might have received a treatment plan for some treatment that he never accepted. Now, the patient would like the treatment. If the older treatment plan resides in your Practice Management Software, don't revise the original one to accepted. If done that way, it will not appear as a presented case. What you'd like to do is create a new TX plan or add it to any other tx plan that is being created. The data for the time the exam was done will reflect a better treatment plan acceptance rate.
