Post op email campaigns
Post op instructions email for extractions, root canal, crowns, implants, fillings, SRP.
Post op email campaigns can be setup in the Follow Up page of the Campaigns. We have several in-built post campaigns that you can set up like - Crowns, Extractions, SRP, Root Canals, Bone Graft, Implant Placement and Composite Fillings.
These campaigns once activated, send out post op emails with instructions to patients who have completed a procedure. The emails are automatically triggered based on procedure code completed.
To setup a campaign - first click on 'Click to set up' then click on the name of the campaign to review the setup.
Here you can setup the name of the campaign, review the service codes selected in the campaign, review and edit the email template and test it out.
After reviewing all the service codes and email templates you can activate the campaign. When the campaign is active it will start sending out post op emails to patients.
