      New Patients - Production and Collection by Referral Source

      Go to Practice IQ - Patient Flow - Patients page to find the following KPIs:

      • New Patient Production by Referral Source

      • New Patient Collection by Referral Source


      Tracking new patients' production/collection is very valuable as it lets the practice know what is working most so that they can focus their resources on that area. And if a referral source does not give good returns, it can be dropped from the marketing budget allocation.
