Matching AR numbers between OD and PBN
If you are trying to match Accounts receivable numbers between Open Dental and PBN, please ensure your report options have the boxes checked off, as shown in the screenshot below.
Here is an example of this report from Open Dental and PBN:
Open Dental shows a Patient AR of 227
PbN shows a positive Patient balance of $74,503 and a negative Patient balance of $74,298, making a total AR of 205. The difference is because of a slight time difference between when Open Dental ran its report and when PBN synced with the Open Dental data.
