Managing Unallocated Treatment Plans

How to trace Unallocated Treatment Plans by which Doctor saw the patient 

Practice IQ can place a treatment plan in the Unallocated section if the system does not know whom to assign the treatment plan to. This occurs when a plan is created/updated when no service code for an exam was assigned to that patient in recent weeks.  

In the patient's Tx Plan tab, what is now present is an option to edit the treatment plans. Select the pencil-shaped icon to the right of the treatment plan title.  

What will appear is a window to select what provider to assign the treatment plan view, plus select the exam or consult type that occurred.
