How to turn on a Follow-Up Campaign

Instantly Activate a Follow-Up Campaign

In the top right of your Practice by Numbers page, select the Person Icon and select Campaigns. 

The list of Campaigns will then be displayed. To turn on the sequence for patients due/overdue for Recall, select the row for Recall Overdue Campaign. A menu will display to Activate. It will now start to send texts and emails and put patients on a Task list relative to their Recall Due Date in your Practice Management Software. The campaigns can be entirely customized regarding when they would receive a message, how many, and the content of the messages.
