      How to activate Demo Mode in PbN

      This article describes how to hide patient data or protected health information. 

      If you do not want to show your data to unauthorized individuals for demonstration purposes. You can use the Demo Mode settings in PBN, which hides all patient-sensitive information or Protected Health Information (PHI). 

      Follow these steps to access the Demo Mode settings:

      1. Login to your Practice by Numbers account.

      2. Open a new tab and enter this URL - https://app.practicenumbers.com/admin/demo-settings.

      3. Then, select the Demo Mode checkbox to activate Demo Mode. (Please note that with the demo mode on - even your practice name changes).

      4. To turn off the Demo Mode, return to the tab with demo settings and deselect the checkbox.
