What Dental Practice Management Software is compatible with Practice by Numbers software?
All software modules are compatible with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental.
What versions of Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental are needed to work with the system?

Dentrix G5.2 or higher. The recommended version for the Grow package is 7.3 or higher.

Eaglesoft 16 or higher.

Open Dental 15.4 or higher. The recommended version for the Grow package is 20.1 or higher.
How does it work?
A tiny program is remotely installed on your server. It takes the data for the reports, encrypts, isolates, and transmits it to a secure, fully HIPAA-compliant cloud server. The practice data is then synced approximately every 2 hours throughout every day.
How do I access our office data in Practice by Numbers dashboards?
The system can be accessed through any current Mac and Windows PC web browser, IOS, or Android browser. You don't need to download or install a separate application.
How often is the data on my dashboards updated?
The system will sync with your office server approximately every 2 hours throughout the day.
I want my team to utilize this, but I want them to access only some of the numbers relating to my office.
User accounts can be customized to how much or how little information can be accessed.
Can I view my Office KPIs at home?
Your office dashboards can be viewed anywhere you use a web browser.
What happens to my data?

What accounting software will integrate with the data from Practice IQ?
Accounts with the QuickBooks Online Essentials or Plus (recommended) subscription plans will integrate with Practice IQ data and give you reports on the Business dashboard and subpages.
Do you offer any training?
All new subscribers receive three 60-minute training sessions. There is also unlimited support via chat, online support sessions, email, and telephone. Online training modules are also available upon request.
What happens to the server connection if I cancel the subscription?

Is there a limit to how many user accounts I can have?
There is no limit on how many employees you can set up for user accounts. This includes the ability to give access to consultants, accountants, practice brokers, etc.
