Dentrix and the AR Amounts
Why does the Insurance AR KPI display nothing?
Dentrix does not share its Insurance Claim information with other companies. This results in the Financial Summary and Accounts Receivables page displaying the total balance of what patients owe and what is expected from insurance claims as just Patient AR. The Insurance AR and Insurance over 90 KPIs will always display no amount.
