Deactivated Patients in Practice IQ Reports
Why inactive patients can still be seen in some reports
When looking at lists of patients that were seen in a date range, it is highly possible to see a patient that, at the present day, is Inactive in your Practice Management Software. These are patients that have moved, transferred records, etc.
When using Revenue IQ to look for Unscheduled Treatment, Overdue Hygiene, etc., the patients in that category are automatically filtered out. The names should not be filtered or removed in Practice IQ reports because that is data based on what was done in the practice. One would not want historical data such as what patients were seen in the practice to be easily filtered or removed.
