Creating a New Email Template
How to create a brand new Email Campaign Message
To create a new campaign message, start by selecting the Menu at the top right of the website. From the drop down select Campaigns, and from that page find Email Templates towards the top.
From here select +New to open up the editor. At the top you can categorize the template, title it, and add the subject line.
To start adding content to the message, you can click into the text field, where it just says "Hello" by default. From there you can start typing, or choose to add more content fields.
By selecting Insert Above or Insert Below, it will open up a menu to add in another component like images, buttons, tables, and more.
When adding verbiage to the message, you can also use the Placeholder drop down to insert variable text for options like Name, DOB, Insurance, and Visit Dates. All of these will update depending on the recipient.
When you're done, make sure to hit save at the top right. You'll find this under your list of saved templates afterwards.
