Automatic Task Settings
What is displayed when Automated Tasks are configured, and what to do when they are generated?
When Automated Tasks are set up the page will have this appearance. Highlighted below are the time settings for when a task would be generated.
When "Copy" is selected, the task is duplicated, and then it is free to edit. This will allow you to create a different treatment type task or to create the same task with a new Assignee.
