The schedule for the office can be seen by selecting the Schedule button at the far lower left of any page after you have logged in.
When initially opened, it will go to the current day's schedule but can be navigated either using the arrows on the left or by selecting a date. You can see each appointment's confirmation status, an estimated Gross Production for each appointment, column, and the full day.
On some appointments, the bell-shaped icon indicates a 'Memo' that the patient has such items as unscheduled treatment, an existing balance due, or unscheduled family members. Clicking on an appointment will expand it to display more information. Clicking the patient's name in this window will open their complete information.
From that window, you can also confirm an appointment, view the appointment notes, see the provider, and have a communication log related to that appointment.
Selecting the "Create Campaign" button at the top will help you navigate to create a Custom Campaign that will be automatically filtered to anyone on the schedule for that day. In the process, there will still be the step to "Fine Tune" who to send the message to. Here is a complete guide on sending out a custom campaign.
If you are signed up with the Insurance Verification feature, you can also view the results from your schedule. To do so, change the view from Confirmation to Insurance at the top. (You must still run the Verification from the Insurance page before viewing the status here.)
