Recalculating AR in Dentrix

If you see a discrepancy in AR amounts between Practice by Numbers (PbN) and Dentrix, PbN is likely getting a bad AR value from Dentrix.

In this scenario, to recalculate AR amounts in Dentrix so it reflects accurately in PbN, please follow the below steps:

Step 1

Go to Ledger

--> Open Task Scheduler

--> Run Close transactions

--> Run Recalculate Today's

Step 2 (Requires exclusive access)

Run the below file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Dentrix\_Dbsweep.exe
