Getting Started Checklist

Here's a quick checklist to get things going after signing up with Practice By Numbers:

Setup

• Creating New User Accounts -  Allows a user to have access to Practice by Numbers using any web browser. Having multiple users will maximize the value of the software. 
• Setting up Providers and Other Employees - Map all of your active providers and employees.
• QuickBooks Integration - Only for practices with the online version of QuickBooks.
• Email and Text Settings - Configure before starting any campaigns.
• Connect Google and Facebook - If you are going to be activating the review requests campaign. 

• Practice Management Software Settings - In order to make Practice By Numbers work best with your PMS, select the appropriate link below:
